Manage your subscription, billing, credits, and usage tracking.

Subscription Plans

Every paid plan comes with a monthly credit allocation for image, video, and audio generation. Higher tiers give you more headroom and unlock the Professional scaling sliders for heavy use.

Annual billing: every plan is available annually with the same credit allocation at a 20% discount.

Free: limited credits with access to core features, ideal for trying the platform.

Existing subscribers keep their current price. If you are already on a plan, you stay on the price you signed up at and renewals continue at your original rate. The updated pricing only applies to new checkouts and to plan changes you make yourself.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade or downgrade:

1. Go to Subscription
2. Select your new plan (use the Professional slider to move between Pro, Pro 2x, and Pro 3x)
3. Confirm. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle

Cancel a scheduled downgrade: if you scheduled a downgrade for your next billing period and change your mind, click Upgrade on your current plan. That cancels the scheduled change and keeps you on your current tier, with no need to contact support.

Cancel your subscription:

1. Subscription, then "Cancel Subscription"
2. Confirm. Access continues until the period ends
3. Reactivate anytime

Payment methods:

• Add or update in the Billing section
• Supports credit and debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency
• Enterprise: bank transfer and invoice billing

Credits System

How credits work:

• Credits are the generation currency across every tool
• Your monthly allocation is based on your plan
• Different actions cost different amounts

Typical costs:

• Image generation: 1 to 30 credits per image (flat)
• Video generation: 2 to 30 credits per second times duration (for example, 10s at 18 cr/s = 180 credits)
• Music generation: 15 to 60 credits per generation (flat)
• Speech (TTS): 2 to 5 credits per 100 characters
• Sound effects: 4 to 7 credits per generation (flat)
• 3D model: 5 to 300 credits per model (flat)
• Lipsync: 5 to 20 credits per second times duration

Credit Packs

Need more than your monthly allocation? Buy one-time credit packs on top of your plan. Pack credits never expire.

Each pack lists its bonus credits explicitly on top of the base amount, so you can see exactly what you are getting. Pack credits stack with your plan credits.

View usage:

• The dashboard shows your current balance
• Track usage by tool and project
• Set low-credit alerts

Billing & Invoices

Billing cycle:

• Monthly or annual (20% discount on annual)
• Auto-renewal on your billing date
• View the next charge date in the dashboard

Invoices:

• Download a PDF from Billing History
• Includes all charges, taxes, and fees
• Email copies available

Promo codes:

1. Go to Billing, then "Apply Promo Code"
2. Enter your code (for example, KOLBO30 for 30% off)
3. Apply to your subscription

Teams & Codes

Smart Codes: organization admins can hand a whole team or class a single shared redemption code backed by a credit pool. See Smart Codes.

Enterprise:

• Custom contracts and pricing
• Net 30 / 60 payment terms
• Detailed usage reports and department cost allocation

6. Buy credit packs for occasional bursts instead of jumping a tier
