Image Quality Tiers

Set Low, Medium, High, or Auto quality per image generation, with cost-optimized Auto tier

For supported image models, set the quality tier before you run: Low, Medium, High, or Auto. Each tier affects detail, processing time, and credit cost. Auto is the smart default that picks the right tier for the content and charges only what the generation actually cost.

Overview

Image generation now has an explicit quality control. The quality selector appears in the settings panel when you choose a model that supports it. Models without a quality tier system run at their standard fixed quality and cost, unchanged.

The Tiers

Low is fast and inexpensive. Useful for rapid iteration, composition checks, and drafts. Lower detail, shorter processing time, fewer credits.

Medium is the balanced middle ground. More detailed than Low, faster and cheaper than High, and good enough for most non-final work.

High is for finals. Maximum detail, sharpest textures, best color accuracy, and the highest processing time and credit cost. Use it when the output goes to a client, a campaign, or print.

Auto lets the platform decide. It picks the tier that suits the generation based on the model, resolution, and content type. At the end, you are charged based on what was actually used rather than a reserved estimate, so Auto sometimes costs less than High even when it produces high-quality results.

How Credits Work With Auto

With the fixed tiers, you pay the stated cost for that tier upfront. With Auto, the credit cost is confirmed after the generation completes, based on the actual resources used. The cost range is shown before you run, so there are no surprises.

How to Use
