These memories are loaded at the start of every conversation in Chat Tools and Help Widget, allowing AI to provide more personalized and contextually relevant responses.

Memory Limit

Maximum: 100 memories per user
Why the limit? More than 100 memories can confuse the AI's context window

Click "Add Memory"
Write the memory text
Save the memory

Importing Memories from Other Platforms

Copy all your memory text

Step 2: Import to Kolbo.AI

Go to User Memories
Click "Generate Web AI Memories" popup
Paste your copied memories
Let AI process the information

Creates structured memory chunks
Optimizes for Kolbo.AI format
Generates up to 100 memories
